Ingredients for 6 servings
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 5 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- 20 cl Cream
- ½ Pck. Ladyfingers
Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
Crumble the ladyfingers or break them into smaller pieces.
In a glass or bowl, first put some crumbs and soak them with XUXU, then pour the cream on top, then soaked crumbs again, and so on. The last layer should be cream.
Garnish with sponge cake and XUXU.
Leave to soak in the fridge for a while.
