XUXU Sorbet

Cool strawberry refreshment for hot summer days.

INGREDIENTS

For 6 servings

  • 650 g fresh Strawberries
  • 10 cl XUXU
  • 15 cl Water
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Tb lemon juice, freshly squeezed

PREPARATION

Wash, clean and cut strawberries into pieces. Then finely puree them. Stir in the lemon juice and XUXU. Set aside.

Heat water with sugar together and stir until sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and stir into strawberry mixture.

Then let the mixture churn in an ice cream maker for 30-40 minutes to make sorbet.
Or place in a metal bowl and freeze for 4-5 hours, stirring well every half hour.
