XUXU Double Rouge

It doesn’t get any redder than this! an extraordinary cocktail in taste and appearance.


  • 6 cl XUXU Cream
  • 6 cl Beet juice
  • 2 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Sirup Vanille
  • (Optionally you can add 3 fresh raspberries)


Place all ingredients in a blender with a small scoop of crushed ice and blend well for 5 seconds.

Pour the drink from the blender into a cocktail bowl and garnish with mint and a raspberry.
