INGREDIENTS
- 6 cl XUXU Cream
- 4 cl Passoa
- 2 cl Riemerschmidt Frucht-Sirup Limette
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a shaker with a scoop of ice cubes and shake well for 10 seconds.
Then separate the drink from the ice cubes using a bar strainer (doublestrain) and pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with half a strawberry.
