INGREDIENTS
- 6 cl XUXU Cream
- 2 cl Grasovka
- 2 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Sirup Vanille
- 1 Espresso Shot
PREPARATION
Let espresso cool briefly or add 1 ice cube.
Then pour into a shaker with the remaining ingredients and fill to the brim with ice cubes.
Shake well for 10 seconds and then separate the drink from the ice cubes using a bar strainer (doublestrain) and pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with espresso beans.
(Alternatively, omit the Grasovka).
