INGREDIENTS
For 6 servings
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 5 pck. vanilla sugar
- 20 cl Cream
- ½ pck. ladyfingers
- XUXU Cream
PREPARATION
Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
Crumble the ladyfingers or divide them into smaller pieces.
In a glass or bowl, first put some crumbs and soak them with XUXU Cream, then put the cream on top, then soaked crumbs again and so on. The last layer should be cream.
Garnish with sponge cake and XUXU Cream. Leave to soak in the refrigerator for a while.
