XUXU Cream Panna Cotta

Strawberry version of the Italian dessert classic.

INGREDIENTS

For 4 servings

  • XUXU Cream
  • 3 sheets of white gelatin
  • 30 cl whipped cream
  • 25 cl Milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 sachet bourbon vanilla sugar

PREPARATION

Soak 3 sheets of gelatin in cold water.

Bring cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar to a boil, simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.

Squeeze gelatine, dissolve in the hot cream. Allow to cool for approx. 30 minutes.

Pour into four glasses (approx. 225 ml each) and chill for at least 4 hours.

Spread XUXU over the panna cotta and chill for another 2 hours.
