INGREDIENTS
For about 40 cookies
- 250 g Butter or margarine
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp finely grated lime zest (organic)
- 2 egg yolk
- 250 g Flour
For the Icing
- 2-3 Tb XUXU
- 125 g Icing Sugar
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cream butter, sugar, salt and grated lime zest.
Add the egg yolks one by one. Finally, quickly stir in the flour.
Fill the dough into a piping bag with a large star-shaped nozzle and pipe squiggles onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, then let cool.
Mix the icing sugar with XUXU until smooth and brush half of the cold rings with it.
