Strawfizz

Sweet, sour, fizzy. A special cocktail for special occasions.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cl XUXU Clear
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 1 BL strawberry jam
  • Soda
  • Port wine

PREPARATION

Shake all ingredients very vigorously in a shaker on ice cubes and strain into a highball glass on fresh ice cubes.
Add soda and drizzle a little (max. 1 cl) port wine on top of the drink.

Garnish with a strawberry and lemon twist.
