INGREDIENTS
For the Cupcakes
- 5 cl XUXU
- 120 g Sugar
- 150 g Strawberries
- 40 g soft butter
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 120 g flour
- 1 egg
- 12 cl Milk
For the topping:
- 250 g Icing Sugar
- 4 tsp milk
- 2 tsp XUXU
Deco:
- Strawberries, mint, etc.
PREPARATION
Clean strawberries, cut into small pieces and marinate with XUXU.
Mix butter, baking powder, flour, sugar, mix the egg and milk and mix with the butter mixture.
Drain strawberries, fill paper cups with batter, spread some strawberries on top and cover with batter.
Bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.
For the topping, mix powdered sugar and butter, fold in XUXU and milk and pipe small hoods onto the cooled cupcakes using a piping bag.
