INGREDIENTS
For the skewers:
- 12 Marshmallows
- 3 Strawberries
For the cream:
- 2 cl XUXU
- 3 Strawberries
- 2 Tb Double cream
- 2 tsp sugar
and 12 small wooden skewers
PREPARATION
Wash strawberries, clean, dab dry and quarter lengthwise.
For the cream, wash and clean the strawberries, puree with XUXU, heavy cream and sugar using a hand blender.
Place the strawberry slices on the marshmallows, pipe a small dollop of the cream onto each with a piping bag and pin with small skewers.
