INGREDIENTS
For the pancakes:
- 200 g Flour
 - 1 Tb Sugar
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - ½ tsp baking soda
 - ¼ tsp salt
 - 2 eggs
 - 25 cl Milk
 - 3 Tb oil + a little oil for frying
 
For the XUXU Cream:
- 12,5 cl XUXU Cream
 - 200 g Cream
 - Some sugar
 
PREPARATION
For the pancakes, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Beat the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly with the flour mixture.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Pour pancake batter in batches (about 2-3 tbsp will do) and shape into circles. Fry at medium temperature until the top is dotted with bubbles, only then flip.
For the XUXU Cream, whip the cream with a little sugar until very stiff and stir in XUXU Cream. Serve together with the warm pancakes!
