INGREDIENTS
- 6 cl XUXU
- 4 cl Tequila
- 1 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Sirup Rohrzucker
- 1 cl Lemon juice
- Lemon
- Ice cubes
- 1 fresh strawberry
PREPARATION
Moisten the rim of a champagne bowl with a lemon quarter and dab into a bowl filled with sugar.
Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice cubes in a shaker and pour through a bar strainer into the champagne bowl.
Garnish with a strawberry.
