INGREDIENTS
For 6 glasses
- 10 cl XUXU Cream
- 400 g Raspberries
- 500 g Cottage cheese (at least 20%)
- 20 cl Cream
- about 10 Tb of liquid honey
- 2 TB icing sugar
PREPARATION
Whip the cream.
Whip the curd with a hand mixer, add 250 g raspberries and the honey and mix vigorously.
Fold in the cream.
Puree 200 g of the raspberries with the powdered sugar and the XUXU Cream.
Now divide the curd cream evenly among the glasses and top with the raspberry puree.
Decorate with the remaining raspberries. Chill for at least an hour and then serve.
