For approx. 40 cookies
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest (organic)
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 g flour
For the icing:
- 2-3 tbsp. XUXU Cream
- 125 g powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cream butter, sugar, salt and grated lime zest. Add the egg yolks one by one. Finally, quickly stir in the flour.
Fill the dough into a piping bag with a large star-shaped nozzle and pipe squiggles onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, then let cool.
Mix the powdered sugar with XUXU Cream until smooth and brush half of the cold rings with it.
