XUXU strudel


  • 1 pack of strudel dough
  • 750 g strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons XUXU
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Icing sugar


Hull and wash strawberries and dice. Put in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar and XUXU, marinate for about 15 minutes. Roll out strudel dough on a moist tea towel. Drain strawberries in a fine sieve so that no juice remains and place on the dough. Roll up the strudel and press each end together. With a sharp knife, make a few incisions on the top. Carefully place the strudel on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes. Once cool, dust with icing sugar and serve.
