Strawberry XUXU cupcakes


  • 50 ml XUXU
  • 120 g sugar
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 40 g soft butter
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 120 ml milk

For the topping:
250 g icing sugar
4 teaspoons milk
2 teaspoons XUXU
strawberries, mint, etc.


Wash and slice the strawberries and marinate with XUXU. Cream butter, baking powder, flour and sugar, add egg and milk until well combined. Drain strawberries, spoon the mixture into paper cases, add some strawberries and cover with the remaining mixture. Bake at 170°C for about 15 minutes. Allow the cupcakes to cool.
For the topping — mix the icing sugar and butter, add XUXU and milk and pipe on the icing. Decorate and serve!
