Marshmallow and strawberry kebabs

Ingredients for 12 kebabs

  • 12 marshmallows
  • 3 strawberries

For the cream:
2 cl XUXU
3 strawberries
2 tablespoons double cream
2 teaspoons sugar
12 small wooden skewers


Hull, wash and carefully pat strawberries dry, cut into quarters.
For the cream — hull and wash strawberries, add the XUXU, double cream and sugar and blend with a hand blender.
Carefully thread strawberries and marshmallows alternatively on to skewers, pipe on the cream to decorate.
