XUXU trifle

Ingredients serves 6

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 5 packs vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml double cream
  • ½ pack sponge fingers
  • XUXU

Method

Mix mascarpone with vanilla sugar. Whisk cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the mascarpone. Crush the sponge fingers or divide into small pieces. Place some crushed biscuits into a glass or a bowl and soak in XUXU, subsequently add cream, top with soaked biscuits, etc.; the last layer should be cream. Decorate with biscuit and XUXU. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
